Unauthorized Assets
Use this function to view assets that were scanned, discovered or imported but are not present inside the CMDB.
There are several methods for locating unauthorized assets:
Discovered Items

In the navigation pane, select Discovery Scan > Discovered Items. The Discovered Items window displays. |

To move the asset record into the CMDB, in the Filter By drop-down list, select Show All, New or Updated . |
|
3.

Select one or more records. |
|
4.
|
From the Select Actions drop-down list, choose Move to CMDB. |
|
5.
|
In the Alert Message dialog box, click Continue. A confirmation message banner displays to indicate the record is being moved. |
Unauthorized Assets

1.

In the navigation pane, click Home. |
|
2.
|
Expand the Discovery section, and click the Unauthorized Assets icon. |
The Imported Assets window displays and contains a list of all unauthorized assets.

Select one or more records. |
|
4.
|
From the Select Actions drop-down list, choose Move to CMDB. |
|
5.
|
In the Alert Message dialog box, click Continue. A confirmation message banner displays to indicate the record is being moved. |
