Vulnerability Management

1.

To view an assets details, either search for an item or click a displayed asset in the list.

2.

Make changes, as necessary, to any displayed option.

3.

To view a list of components, click the arrow next to Components

Some components are view only and cannot be edited--for example, MMC Certificates or Services.

4.

Click the arrow next to ITSM to view and create new items such as Incidents and Requests.

5.

If applicable, from the Select Actions drop-down list, choose an action such as Add Property or Merge CI.

6.

To view a different version, click the Select Version drop-down list and choose the applicable version.

7.

To see all or a portion of the properties, toggle between Show All Properties and Show Main Properties.

8.

When all selections/entries are made, click Save.

The Details cannot be edited.

An asset cannot be edited.
