Edit Configuration Item (CI)

Use this function to edit configuration item details.

1.

In the navigation pane, select Configuration Management > Configuration Items. The Configuration Items window displays.

2.

Select a record to edit and make the necessary modifications on the applicable tab. Refer to Configuration Item Tabs for information on each tab.

3.

When all selections/entries are made, click Save.
